Group of Friends of LLDCs
The Group of Friends for the LLDCs at the United Nations is an informal platform of member states and international stakeholders dedicated to raising international recognition and awareness, building consensus and strengthening partnerships in favor of LLDCs. The group aims to raise awareness of the special needs of LLDCs and by promoting the implementation of international agreements and policies, the group seeks to ensure that LLDCs receive the support and attention they need to overcome these obstacles.
